Return and Credits

Products returned for the following reasons will be at our expense for shipment.

  • Incorrect item shipped by us
  • Faulty or damaged item
  • Short expiry date (less than 6 months, unless a clearance line)

Prior to sending back any items, the customer must contact us by email or by phone and indicate the reason for requesting a return. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping. Items other than those damaged must be received in a saleable condition or no refund will be given. A copy of the original packing slip or invoice, or other proof of purchase, must be included with the returned product.

Where an incorrect item was shipped, we will reship at our expense and a credit will be given for your return postage costs.

Products returned due to change of mind must be received within 7 days of receipt. The shipping costs are at the customer's expense, and a return fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund in addition to our initial shipping costs.

Return shipments by Australia Post due to incorrect address details supplied by the customer will be reshipped at the customers expense once new details have been verified.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.
